Electrical
Compliance Check
$240 + GST
Valid for 24 months
A full inspection of your electrical system and fixed appliances, in accordance with AS/NZS3019 standards, completed by a licensed A-Grade Electrician.
Gas
Compliance Check
$250 + GST
Valid for 24 months
Includes testing for gas leaks, pressure testing, negative pressure, carbon monoxide levels, and a 7-point safety checklist — all carried out by a licensed gas technician. Includes a general electrical service.
Smoke Alarm
Compliance Check
$90 + GST
Valid for 12 months
Includes testing and battery replacement, compliance check on alarm location and expiry. Faulty or expired alarms are replaced at cost.
Full
Compliance Check
$550
24 Months
Combine all three services for a flat rate of $550 regardless of how many gas appliances. Gas and Electrical Compliance lasts 24 months | Smoke Detector Compliance lasts 12 months.
